just want to see how much mg's a day of nolva people are using when they start to feel itchy/swelling nipples when on.

I go 80, then 60ED until the signs begin to decrese, I then goto 40 until the signs are completly gone + 10 days. I then finish out with 10-20.

Im noid though.

I don't think you have to go that high if you are just seeing mild symptoms. I would go 40mg and tapering down from there.

DITTO did the same thing ant the pain went away in 3 days
