About a year ago i ran a few cycles of dbol and not knowing much about steroids i didnt bother with post cycle therapy (pct). Ever since ive had a sore spot behind my nipple and i figured out a while ago it was gyno. I am about to run my first cycle of test by itself and i was just wondering if anyone could tell me if it would be better to run a anti estrogen like Novaldex during the cycle so my gyno doesnt get worse or should i wait until my cycle is over? Im not sure how gyno works, if i start test will it make the gyno i already have worse since the gyno i have is "old" not sure if it will re ignite if you will....

I would suggest learning from your mistake and researching the cause of it in the first place, down to a biochemistry level. As far as I know if its already hard your only option would be surgery to actually get rid of it. If you really are worried about it I would get it taken care of before carrying on with another cycle, which most likely will make it worse, especially if you havent done your homework.

My $.02

well surgery isnt a option its not that bad just a little sore. I was Mainly asking since a have a little bit from my last cycle would it be better to run nolva during cycle?.. Or does that effect the gains when during cycle

You should first find out if its related to progesterone/prolactin or estrogen and attack it from there. It should be minimal loss of gains especially at low doses like the usual .25 anastozal ed.

Running dbol doesn't cause progesterone/prolactin related sides. Do a little more research before you start giving out advice. Are you just recycling stuff you've heard people say? You have 9 posts here.....learn a little more and give firsthand knowledge and not something you "heard" someone say or read somewhere.

You can try to get rid of it with Letro as it's the only thing strong enough to rid yourself of it. There's no guarantee but it's worth a try. It may be too late....who knows. In any event, I've gotten rid of a lump while still running 250mg of Test E EW so it's very possible to keep the gyno in check and possibly even get rid of it. Like I said, you won't know until you try. I wouldn't go crazy running high doses of compounds though. If you want a true shot at attacking that and it's pretty apparent it's from the dbol since you never made mention of using anything else, go hard with Letro at 2.5mg ED. Your joints may feel like shit but it's the only thing that's going to give you a fighting chance of getting rid of it. I'd say if you don't notice a difference in a couple weeks time (2-3 weeks), it's probably too late. If the Letro is going work, you'll know fairly quickly (within 3 weeks) and should notice the lump decreasing in size or almost be gone altogether. FYI, now that you know you're gyno prone....run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Aromasin with your cycles and keep Letro on hand.

Good advice Italiano. For anyone who has gyno or is gyno prone Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is a must on cycle. I now have gyno on both sides and can control it on cycle but it gets close to size of a dime. Off cycle it gets so small like the size of a BB.

I just got rid of a lump that was caused by dbol and I kept running 250mg of Test E EW because I refuse to ever come off. My point is that you certainly can get rid of a lump while staying on some sort of AAS. I don't know that I'd try running a heavy cycle if I was trying to get rid of it but you can certainly manage it with enough Letro. Letro is like a nuclear weapon!

I'm always shy when it comes to letro. Not sure why so I stick to aromisin just to manage it. Sounds stupid right? But it almost goes away completely when I come off. I'm sure someday I'll end up having surgery but until then I'll try to get it as small as possible.

Don't be shy...lol. Nuke the shit out of that lump with Letro!

I'm gonna have to give it a try. I just hate my joints feeling like a 90 year old woman, and my sex drive drops to nothing but I guess that for a few weeks is better than boobies. Well boobies on me anyway.

ps.... for those of you 6 foot 140 guys.... don't mistake your first pec muscle growth for gyno. i know it must be scary. you put up 65lbs on your bench for the first time a couple of weeks into your test/dbol/deca cycle and then a few days later you feel your titties and WHOAH.... there's someTHING HARD THERE!

btw, i'm retarded. just ask andy1991 he'll be quick to tell you i'm an idiot.

Which is why I said or estrogen, I was trying to get him to research it and bump his thread at the same time. There is a reason why I didnt give him any dosage or other advice besides research. Saying take this at -mg a day without any scientific support and experience would be reckless and stupid, which unfortunately goes on a lot in nutrition/AAS boards. Even giving personal advice can be misleading since everyone's body reacts differently and he hasnt given specific stats or cycle history.

The point is, he said he took dbol so what would lead one to believe it would be anything other than estrogen? He doesn't need to give stats for a simple question like that. He has a lump and put in this thread what he had taken. His stats aren't going to change the advice that I would give to get rid of his lump. I'm not sure what you are talking about. As far as scientific support or experience; I have a pretty good idea what I'm telling someone when I chime in. I speak from personal experience and hence so should you. Your post made no sense because you brought prolactin/progesterone into the conversation when it has nothing to do with it. If you can't speak from experience, don't advise people on stuff you read or heard. You are just going to end up messing this guy up. He has no reason to think about prolactin/progesterone if he got a lump from taking dbol. I question how much you really know by throwing that into the equation. I'm not flaming but don't throw your two cents in if you don't have experience or aren't 100% certain. We're here to help, not to complicate matters even more for people.
