Nolvadex during cycle as well as PCT?

Can't seem to find an answer to this online: using 30mg a day dbol and got the tinest lump under nipples so gonna start taking my nolvadex at 20mg a day. My question is if I am taking nolva during the cycle, do I still post cycle therapy (pct) with it after the cycle?

u sure DO still need post cycle therapy (pct), taking nolva while u r sill taking steroids will not bring your natural test production back , u stilll have to pct when u r done gear to restart your natural test production , did u use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle to prevent gyno >? id recommend getting letro asap and start dosing it to get rid of gyno before its not reversible . just dont get why anyone jumps into something so serious so blindly and without knowledge of what u r taking and any preventative measures
