So if nolvadex hurts gains then why do people take it during pct to prevent loss of gains lol... I keep reading how using nolva hinders gains but yet that makes no sense cause then people seem to Praise nolva for pct. I just think some people are idiots. A serm isn't going to prevent gains during a cycle (if needed for gyno) and if it lowers IGF like the studies say then it is most likely counter acted by a surge increase of IGF administered by the anabolics. Correct or incorrect?

I also believe nolvadex reduces water better than any A.I I've ever taken, also my father was prescribed Tamox specifically for water retention and estrogen related side effects while on TRT. I think too much bro knowledge floats and people just make up shit to get a rise out of other people.

Also whenever I take adex for puffy nips it never works nor does it prevent it. Worthless A.i I get the walgreens pharma Tamox 10mg a day I just wanted to make this thread and say that nolvadex will not ever hinder anyone's gains and if anyone loses 3 Fuckig pounds it's psychological and could be due to multiple things such as water retention and diet . So for those wondering if nolvadex reduxes gains IT DOES NOT. And it most definitely reduces water retention. If I take nolvadex with Anadrol I don't get moon face. Run it with letro and I have puffy nips and a 400lb fat man face. Go figure.

While Tamox might not be an A.I it acts more of one than an actual A.I lol. And no my arimidex and letro were not bunk, they are pharma grade. So unless the compound pharmacist has no idea what he's doing or like I said. A.I sucks lmao. (For me at least)

How does a SERM like tamoxifen inhibit aromatization? And how would a SERM limit muscle gains?

Nolvadex does nothing for water retention for me at all. Science and experience. If it works for you like that then have at it but I have taken it for years and it does absolutely nothing to reduce water or bloat. Thats why every pro prepping for a contest doesnt rely on nolva for pre contest prep to reduce water.
It also doesnt hinder gains at all in my experience. We used to take Nolva and proviron before AI's were around it an effort to reduce e2 sides and I got some of the best gains of my life during that time.

While I agree broscience abounds so does solid experience and years of it. There are people that have been doing this as long as you have been walking the face of this earth man. Well I feel nolvadex def dries me out however if I am bulking in large amount of calories then nothing gets rid of water retention because it's mostly sodium bloat. No anger brother. Use Raloxifene over Tamoxifen. No IGF-1 impact.

And you should research the difference between AI's and SERM's. They work very differently.
