nolvadex only for post cycle???

will nolvadex only be ok for post cycle as i have 5 boxes and no accsess to anything else also how much should i take and when i have 4 weeks left on my 1st cycle of sust i have been doing 500 per week 250 monday and 250 thursday im 23 5 years training now around 190 pounds unsure on my bf. thanks in advance chuck

My advice wud be to start the nolva 2 weeks after your last shot of sus and do 40mg ed for the first wk then drop it to 20 ed or eod. imo.
