Nolvadex. Women & lower body fat

I've started to go to a coach, he mentioned I may go in some nolvadex closer to my competition to help my lower half lean out, I carry a lot of my fat in the sides of my ass :(

Is this common practice? I will also be probably taking. Clen, T3 & maybe some anavar if needed.
In preparing for my first bikini completion after lifting for 2 years

The nolva will lower your estrogen a bit, which should decrease water retention but technically won't do much for actual adipose tissue

Clen/t3 will be assisting with fat burning...var will help maintain and even build muscle with a slight deficit

Interesting thing about nolva is that it's been proven to actually prevent breast cancer in women who're predisposed...

I would think an AI would make more sense to lower estrogen and hold less water, but not sure how good that is to use with women I only see men posting about using it on cycles.
I would rec maybe clen/keto combo.

How would tamoxifen lower estrogen? I would think it would just bind to the estrogen receptors and cause her breast tissue to shrink. Not sure if that is desirable or not in a bikini competition.

It's commonly used for female competitors to do that; don't take my word for it - feel free to look around.

I'm aware that it doesn't do much to reduce circulating estrogen in males...I'm talking about the use and explanation thereof I've seen/heard for fem competitors.

Traditional AI's that we (males) use to actually reduce estrogen (aromasin, adex, letro etc) aren't employed, or at least not typically for some reason in female pre-contest cycles...can't tell you why though.

What a trip, I was just talking about this the other night with one of my friends that competes in bikini. She said she doesn't personally do it, but was able to enlighten me.

The line of reasoning (from what I was told) is that the tissues around the pubic bone are estradiol sensitive, so blocking estradiol would essentially flush any excess water from the area. So if a gal has a larger pubic mound, this may help reduce the size - giving the illusion of being even leaner, while maintaining a certain body fat to retain breast size.

This is more of a bikini-only type deal as the other divisions don't judge as harshly for being "too lean", or having "too much definition". I truly give props to gals that compete in bikini at the national level as they have to really balance things out.

My .02c :)
