Nolvadex

I can't seem to find any information about the detection time of nolvadex. Is there a search for nolvadex in doping tests? I would guess so as it's a product to disguise use of seroids. How do athletes plan their PCT if there is no information about the detection time of Nolvadex?

I am planning a Anavar (var) cycle. I would do PCT as people say it's safer to do it anyway but if I don't know the detection time, I'm not gonna.

i dont think there is a detection time for serms man... nolva is a serm.

ithink it stays in your system for 3 days after u take it... but i could be wrong...

OK I tried to post the source, but I don't think it allows me too. I found it on 3 different websites.

A drug education site quotes "Half-life elimination: Distribution: 7-14 hours; Elimination: 5-7 days; Metabolites: 14 days " Keep in mind, half life is not referring to complete elimination from your system, it's the period by which there is half the drug present. Metabolites are the detectible remnants of the drug.

ya exactly. half life is the time it takes for the concentration of the active drug to reduce by 50%. so for instance if you ingest 100mg of an active drug and the half life is 5 days, it will take 5 days for it to reduce by 50%. pretty simple. dont get it confused with active life

Thx guys. Searched some more on the 14 days you guys are mentioning and see it confirmed. Will double that time anyway for safety reasons but it's good to know.

Hm found this

Detection
The drug is actively screened for by many sports organizations. While some women may have a prescription for taking the drug, any male who is found to have this drug in the urine is automatically barred from further sports competition. Nolvadex and its metabolites can be detected in the urine for at least 3-4 weeks after the last dose.

Should be in "Báez H, Camargo C, Osorio H, et al. Detection of tamoxifen metabolites by GC-MSD. J Chromatogr Sci 2004 Nov-Dec; 42(10):551-3."

Will serach on the computer of school on "tamoxifen metabolits" next week to compare the scientific articles beacuse I can't access them there. Will post what I find...
