Noob Cycle check

Stats:
Age: 35
Height: 6' Weight: 165lbs BF 14%
Training Experience: 10years
Goal 15-20lbs of lean muscle
Diet: Eating clean (Paleo) for 6 months. 2800+ calories a day 40% protein 30% fat 30% Carbs.

This will be my first cycle ever, I am tired of being skinny. I plan on upping caloric intake to 4000.

Test E 250- 400mg/ week for 12 weeks, 200mg on Mon & 200mg on Thurs.
Dex .25 mg ED 14weeks
Proviron 25 mg E3D 12 weeks

PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

Any critiques or advice would be appreciated.
 
if you cant gain weight off cycle then you wont gain weight on cycle. 6' 165 tells me you diet has always been piss poor and your training experience is not in check. at 6' you should be pushing 200 before touching anything. I understand everybody's body is different, you need to find what works for you. your body might require 5k cals a day to gain. if so that's what you need to be doing first before you touch anything. by no means was I trying to be a dick.

Once you've done that, My suggestion would be: Dont be a puss, do the whole 500mg/week! lol
