Noob seeking first time cycle advice from veterans!

Hey guys! New to this in general and on this site so thanks for any help!

I am looking for good advice for a first time cycle. Was recommended a lean muscle/cutter type of cycle by guys i trust, but I want your opinion too. Im a pharmacist so good drug knowledge, access to many agents, can self-administer, but little experience in this...

STATS: 28 y/o, 190 lbs, 5'11", 15.5% body fat, no medical conditions, usually 3-1hr workouts (mixed 50:50 cardio:lower rep,higher weight lifting)
Was at 210 lbs, but have changed diet, began exercising more, and lost 20 lbs over 4 months time.

DIET: As of a months ago, intake 250-280gm of protein with limited carb intake unless thru raw fruits/vegs or oatmeal usually, and fats limited to that from lean chicken/milk/eggs, etc. I aim for 2000 calories daily (50% protein, 35% carb, 15% fats). I spread intake into 5 small meals each including 50 gm protein.

OTCs: MultiVit, Omega 3s, vit D3 5000iu, Dymatize Iso-100 protein powder

Looking for muscle gain, to lean out further (lower fat %), gain definition.

WHAT WAS RECOMMENDED: (weeks)

Test cyp 200mg Qweekly IM in thigh (1-12)
Arimidex 0.25mg 2x weekly (1-12)
Serostim somatropin 2iu SQ first thing morning and 2iu 1 hr before bed (Taken ongoing)
HCG 1000iu EOD (13-16)
Then restart?Idk?

Any advice or recommendations would be great guys!
 
What t bone said. Read the first cycle stickies. All your answers are there. And gh needs to be run long term for any results, especially at that small of a dose

I was mainly looking for a HGH and test combo. They said it would synergistically work for me over time. I think thats why they recommended low doses. My concern was mainly if test at that dose could cause gyno or after 12 weeks of 200mg would i need a proper PCT.

If i do a cutting regimen, I would think:

TEST 200mg twice weekly (1-10)
ARIMIDEX 0.25mg every EOD (1-10) Well actually based to keep the E levels right..
ANAVAR 60mg ED (4-10)
HCG 500iu EOD for 10 days (10-12)
CLOMID 100/50/50/50 and NOLVA 40/20/20/20 (12-16)
 
that makes 400mgs/week correct? just making sure I understand.. I can see that you have read some stuff on the subject, my advice is to read some more and understand fully how shit works
 
Just stop bro. Don't post another cycle plan until you read. You're basically saying, "thanks for taking your time to tell me something useful, but Fuck you all". That test dose would barely be above your natural levels, and some guys need more than that to reach natty levels, although it is rare. It's useless. I want you to do your homework. We ate trying to help you. Idc what your friends told you. They aren't entirely wrong, but pretty much... Oh and btw, you should only use one thing on your first cycle.....test. You would know that if you were reading. Hgh, I'd a different story. Read all the steroid profiles, even the ones you never plan to touch. Read ALL of the stickies. Then you can stay to make cycle suggestions. Until then you're just making is feel like we're eating or time and there is a good chance that in a year or two we'll be seeing you start a thread saying something along the lines of, "my test levels are shit! Oh no!" Or, "I'm growing tits,ahhhhhhhh!". I'm not trying to be a dick. I just don't like when I see these good brothers try to hide someone only to be ignored. The guys on here-most of them, anyway-know their shit and can teach you more than you ever thought there is to learn. I have been researching for over a decade and I still learn new shit from these bros. Utilize the knowledge at your finger tips wisely.

It sounds like your knowledge on training is pretty limited. You're going to want to spend a year or two in the gym training seriously before you even consider steroids. Your tendons and ligaments don't get stronger nearly as fast as your muscles do when you're on steroids. If you don't get into pretty decent shape before you start cycling, you're just asking for injuries.

Agreed. And he's really only going to suppress his htpa with that dose.
