normal levels of TEST in a male in MG

i know that the levels in ng/dL is between 250-950ng/dL
but how much is it in mg?..
i saw in a site that 700ng equal to 0.0007mg.. is it true?
because i saw a video of Marc Loblainer that he said if u take 250MG of Test EW you are almost about the range of normal healthy male..
so.. why ppl cruise lets say on 200MG a week if it normal levels..?

250mg per week is way above "normal"

I'd say a "normal" range is closer to 150mg per week, maybe less

Most guys require between 100-200mg of test c/e per week to fall within the normal range.
