Not enjoying first cycle.

anytime i would get sore in quad i would just take a rolling pin to it, it hurt but felt better after and went away faster

I hit the elliptical for 15 min before every workout just to get my fat burn zone in the good and Maintain the pace throughout my lifting. You have lots of abnormal pain with your gear, which is weird and or your pinning game needs a lot of work. I slide my shit in and out never miss a beat. I always massage very deep soon as I pull out the pin. I love shot day!!
