Not enough Fat??

I have decided to go with 55 grams of Fat each day. This is really my first diet plan as I have just recently gotten serious about BBing. I have been making very steady gains before I started this diet however it is usually always accompannied by some fat. So really what I am looking for is a diet that will continue to bulk my muscles but also shed some fat.

This is what I have so far...

5000 calorie

563 gram of Protein
563 gram of Carbs
55 gram of Fat

Will the fat beig that low hurt any muscular gains?? Do you think I might appear smaller?? My current BF is 15%...
 
Total kcals are more of an influence into how much fat you gain then how much fat you eat.

I can tell you that unless your 250+ solid pounds there is no reason for you to be eating what your attempting to be doing.

i didnt read past "i want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time" but holy hell those numbers are up there. Too much.
