First off.. I want to say that I've been hitting up a lot of similar forums, but this is my first post to any. I see that the members really do work together here and I like the atmosphere here much more.
I really like Kyno. Its the first anything that I have used that has made an impact on me without any regrets. I really really love, and strangely enough I don't know why, but I'm naturally a more depressed type of guy and I get pretty pissed off about certain things for no reasons.. WHy? I dont know , but when I use Kyno regularly I feel SOOOOO much more relaxed. I get along with everyone!
Lets cut to the chase.
Right now I'm 6'4" 220lbs. Just left US Army Special Forces(6 years worth) to run an infantry platoon. Very active lifestyle and jumpy but healthy diet. My goals dont deal one bit with my appearance, I'm good with that right now. I'm more about recovering from all the wear and tear I have been through and will continue to go through. I dont neccessarily have control of my workouts, so I really need to use whatever I can to keep me up and running w/o pissing hot.
I experimented with diffrent types of Creatine... I like it better than not using anything sometimes, but I cant run 16 miles with equiptment on with extreme heat and use creatine consiatantly. It dehydrates me like a mofo. Thats where I stopped for a while, researched and found kyno.
I do 2.2ml day now, never more than 4 weeks straight w/o a week. Of course Bcomplex, its a must w/ a vitamin booster a day. 1) Just the Kynoselen... I was curious if anyone knew much about moods and kyno. (Oh, and I'm almost done with this supply, I will be on KynoH next(opinions please)
Now I'm on holiday leave. I'll be honest.. when your away from your family for 2 years and come home for xmas... yep. I've been eating like a damn pig, no lie. I don't care, thats just something I need to keep my sanity LOL... But that has lead me to try find something else to ballance that out so I dont come back like oprah winfrey. I like working out ect... but this time is for my family, not for me.
...50mcg Cynomel everyday... and and active day of playing with family and kids. Sofar I like it a lot. I dont know the downside. I also researched this before I bought it from a friend who came up from the border. I don't plan on doing this for more than 3 weeks at a time or before any training that will require extra water consumption.
My next step is add clenbuterol into my wimpy stack here. I want to do 50mg on Friday,Sat,Sun of every week with a 4 day break. Now thats a decision done to work with our schedule. I dont know what kinda of effect that will have on me. But Its worth trying, and I like what I have learned about it.
So basically if anyone can help me with my choices here,

Also cynomel and clen WERE easy for me to get, but I just cant get anything within an affordable range due to my new location. I know people like to suggest other things, but I would greatly appreciate trouble shooting the problems of what Im doing now, or praise..whatever helps. I want to learn about what Im doing now.. esspecially since I bought this stuff LOL. may aswell know as much as possible.
