First off.. I want to say that I've been hitting up a lot of similar forums, but this is my first post to any. I see that the members really do work together here and I like the atmosphere here much more.


I really like Kyno. Its the first anything that I have used that has made an impact on me without any regrets. I really really love, and strangely enough I don't know why, but I'm naturally a more depressed type of guy and I get pretty pissed off about certain things for no reasons.. WHy? I dont know , but when I use Kyno regularly I feel SOOOOO much more relaxed. I get along with everyone!

Lets cut to the chase.

Right now I'm 6'4" 220lbs. Just left US Army Special Forces(6 years worth) to run an infantry platoon. Very active lifestyle and jumpy but healthy diet. My goals dont deal one bit with my appearance, I'm good with that right now. I'm more about recovering from all the wear and tear I have been through and will continue to go through. I dont neccessarily have control of my workouts, so I really need to use whatever I can to keep me up and running w/o pissing hot.

I experimented with diffrent types of Creatine... I like it better than not using anything sometimes, but I cant run 16 miles with equiptment on with extreme heat and use creatine consiatantly. It dehydrates me like a mofo. Thats where I stopped for a while, researched and found kyno.

I do 2.2ml day now, never more than 4 weeks straight w/o a week. Of course Bcomplex, its a must w/ a vitamin booster a day. 1) Just the Kynoselen... I was curious if anyone knew much about moods and kyno. (Oh, and I'm almost done with this supply, I will be on KynoH next(opinions please)

Now I'm on holiday leave. I'll be honest.. when your away from your family for 2 years and come home for xmas... yep. I've been eating like a damn pig, no lie. I don't care, thats just something I need to keep my sanity LOL... But that has lead me to try find something else to ballance that out so I dont come back like oprah winfrey. I like working out ect... but this time is for my family, not for me.
...50mcg Cynomel everyday... and and active day of playing with family and kids. Sofar I like it a lot. I dont know the downside. I also researched this before I bought it from a friend who came up from the border. I don't plan on doing this for more than 3 weeks at a time or before any training that will require extra water consumption.

My next step is add clenbuterol into my wimpy stack here. I want to do 50mg on Friday,Sat,Sun of every week with a 4 day break. Now thats a decision done to work with our schedule. I dont know what kinda of effect that will have on me. But Its worth trying, and I like what I have learned about it.


So basically if anyone can help me with my choices here,
I like kyno a lot as you can see. Maybe because im naive. T3 opinions, and choice to do Clen 3 out of 4 days in the week, and if I should take a full break after 5 or 6 weeks into that cycle.

Also cynomel and clen WERE easy for me to get, but I just cant get anything within an affordable range due to my new location. I know people like to suggest other things, but I would greatly appreciate trouble shooting the problems of what Im doing now, or praise..whatever helps. I want to learn about what Im doing now.. esspecially since I bought this stuff LOL. may aswell know as much as possible.

first, don't use T3 if you don't know what your doing or you can end up on thyroid meds for the rest of your life... 2nd, i don't know what kyno is so i can't help you there... and if you use clen, use it either 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or 2 days on 2 days off type of pattern and it isn't in mg its in mcg... start with 20mcg and work your way up to 100-120 depending on how if affects you... im not sure what your trying to do, so its hard to answer so...if you could be more clear and what your goals are...
 
Its hard to explain my goals. I cant even begin to explain the wear and tear I have put on my body throught all these years in combat zones and just regular training.
Im not a newbie to any of this just because I have 2 posts here. I really have a passion for studying sports nutrition. Kyno is kynoselen, very popular. T3 is fairly simple to use and break on and off, thats nothing new to me.
I understand not many people can help me here. I have a specific situation, I voulenteer myself to go to hazardous areas and I love helping my country. The problem would be me hitting my 30s and then no longer being able to do what I love due to the breakdown all this has had on me.
 
well, the only thing that came to mind is GH... its expensive and kind of difficult if your gonna be going places, because it needs to be ran for at least like 6 months, but that is what i think could help "repair" you in a way... others more knowledgable on GH could help you out more... ask in the anabolic section about it...get lots of responses... good luck
 
be warned- i just started my clen cycle... i have a hard time lifting without feeling like cramps are coming on, and i USED to run about 5k every other day, and i get leg cramps like a beyotch after like 30 seconds the acid buildup is incredible and i cant run anymore, after my cycle ill start running again. if you have to run for your job.... clen is a bad idea...
