I must say Iv been eating these for the last couple weeks and there REALLY good!
I'd add about 1/2th the water/milk it tells you on the bag as I found 250ml WAY too much per serving.
after a couple uses i got it down pat.
i mixed in a bit of blueberrys a few times and there GREAT for that.
just thought Id mention it.
good for morning food or snack before workout.
