cals / prot / carbs / fats
2760/ 334 / 204 / 68

so that would be
1136 protein calories
816 carb calories
612 fat calories

so 2760 / 1336 / 816 / 612
49% 30% 23%

Yes that adds up to 102% but its prob estimating error...So
how do those %'s look 2760total 49/30/23
What is ideal for each of these ? I guess Im trying to do a clean bulk, Ill be watchin' the scale to see where I need to shift things.

Ideal ratios is highly individual. Someone like me does better with more fat (MUCH more) and someone like DirkMoneyShot does better on very low fat. You just gotta experiment and see what works best for ya.

I don't think there's anything wrong with 50% Protein, 30% Carbs, 20% Fat. You should do just fine. However i'm concerned your not eating enough - How much do you weigh as 2800 kcals is not very much. As that would be about what i'd suggest to someone weighing 165 - 170 lb, and didn't want to get fat trying to add weight (which i know your doing).

Typically if i'm being very concious of what i'm eating off season - i stick with about (50% Protein, 35% Carbs, 15% Fat). And again like frosty said - i beleive in lower fat.

Reason being - I see more benefit out using more carbs or protein than the fat.

I am 5'10 209 I havent measured but must be about upper teans Bf levels. I think I am going to up the cals. I think Im am going to add whole milk, ANPB and if thats not enough Im adding eggs...
