Start with one bowl of raw oats.
-then in another bowl scoop peanut butter(as much as you choose) in the bowl
-take two bananas (you can use 1 or 3 if you want depending on the amount of peanut butter), hand mash them into the peanut butter.
- then hand mix 2 scoops of whey (whatever flavor you want, I use banana) into the bowl with the peanut butter and bananas.
-Form into balls and roll in the bowl of raw oats
-place each ball on a wax paper sheet trey, after this place in freezer. They make a great snack before the gym for me.
