Oat covered PB protein balls

Start with one bowl of raw oats.
-then in another bowl scoop peanut butter(as much as you choose) in the bowl
-take two bananas (you can use 1 or 3 if you want depending on the amount of peanut butter), hand mash them into the peanut butter.
- then hand mix 2 scoops of whey (whatever flavor you want, I use banana) into the bowl with the peanut butter and bananas.
-Form into balls and roll in the bowl of raw oats

-place each ball on a wax paper sheet trey, after this place in freezer. They make a great snack before the gym for me.
 
no problem, my gf kinda through them together and winged it, i friggin love em, let me know if any of you make them and how they turned out.
 
Def going to give this a try sounds delicious!!! Always looking for new things to add to the diet. PB is the shit!!! So I know I will love them!! Tell the GF the fellas on the board want more of her experimental protein snacks!!!
 
i need a bigger freezer,,,, mine is to full of meat for these awesome sounding treats,,,,, i think i am going to go out and get a chest freezer,,, just as everyone said.... these sound really good
 
When ever you make em, let me kno whow you like them. I told my gf to whip out the other recipes so i can post em on here, will do so soon.
