I am interested in trying anavar. I seems to be very difficult to find locally. I was wondering if anyone had ever heard anything of anavar being manufactured by British Dragon in Thailand? It doesnt sound very legitimate to me but I thought I would ask you ladies who would know more than I do. THanks for any feedback. Chelsea

BD is a reputable brand for var... and anavar is a very good choice for a beginner. do you have any previous experience with aas?

it would be best if we knew more about your goals and your current training and diet. how long have you been training?

Thanks for the replies. I have no experience with AAS. As for the rest of the info, I train 5 days a week with a trainer. Ive been with this guy since May. I started lifting about 10 years. I quit lifting whenI was pregnant which was 4 years ago for a good year and a half and havent ever quite gotten back to the hard body I had before that. Im now 35. My trainer says my bodyfat is 12% but that was him taking it with calipers, not underwater weighing. As for diet, I eat a protein bar for breakfast ( I hate eating in the morning) which has 22 carbs, 23 protein, and 4 fat. I eat lunch at 11 everyday which is typically 2 chicken breasts, and either a salad, maybe some brocolli, pasta, or some sort of vegetable. Midafternoon I usually eat another of the same bar I had for breakfast and a scoop of syntrax nectar powder in water. Lately Ive been eating tuna salad for my afternoon snack (tuna, onions, celery, canola oil mayo). Dinner I typically would have either a 1/3 lb of turkey breast or 1/3 lb brisket with 2 veggies. Before bed I usually eat a banana or some peanut butter and crackers. I appreciate any comments anyone has. Thanks, Chelsea

After posting I realized that I left out some information asked for in a previous post. My goal is to gain some muscle. My BF is pretty low and has never been a problem for me. To give a little more detail as to my workouts, my trainer who I see 5 days a week set the schedule. Mon shoulders and biceps, Tues chest and triceps, Wed legs, Thurs arms, Fri mostly back.
I have another question about the anavar which Im still thinking about. Does everyone get nausea from it? Ive read a lot of posts about people having problems eating while taking it which seems to take away a lot of the benefit if you cant eat well.

I've never got nausea from Anavar. I did however have nasty sinus problems. My last time on Var seemed to be the worst for the sinus problems. I tried a different type of Var and it really seemed to dry up my sinuses. I never had any problems with eating either....lol

You're diet looks really good hun. I would suggest perhaps switching the bars with whey protein shakes. I would also consider switching that before bed meal. I would suggest some cottage cheese and some efa's before bed. You sound as though you are definitely in great shape and certainly seem to have your training and diet in check!:)
