Steroids are systemic, site injections don't work to increase the size of the injected muscle. You may feel a very slight pump very briefly while the oil is in there but it's not doing anything.
Also, injecting calves (not sure about caves) can hurt, it's a small muscle and it tightens up hard for me after injecting. YMMV but for a 1st cycle you really don't need to be that adventurous. Personally I shoot 22g/1.5" for glutes and 23g/1" for quads/delts (25s will be fine just slower), I have tried injecting chest/bis/tris/calves at different times in the past but I haven't for a long time. With you just doing Mon/Thurs or whatever for 500mg a week you would be just fine with 4 injection sites (glute, quad, delt - pick 2 and use left/right), but feel free to add more and rotate them however you feel comfortable.
Just be calm and dont worry quite so much about all of this bro, its simple and you'll get the hang of it quickly.
