ok so heres a weird question

Non-existent if they removed it, actually shouldn't really feel any tissue back there except in your case there will be scar / residue for at least a few months if not a bit forever (should be able to feel it but not really see it)

If i remeber correctly. You had surgery too? Did you feel a lump at all and it disapeared later? Or are you just speaking of knwledge youve picked up somewhere.

Well doc told me he was going to leave some behind, so nipple doesnt concave. But i didnt expect him to leave this much behind.

I have heard of that, but I've heard many people disagree and urge them to take it all... Not sure which is the right option.

IMO the surgeon should've done what you wanted, then...with the gland still in there it can come back just as easily as last time

What was the total?

There's a few (american) surgeons who have 1000s of the surgerys under their belt (Dr. blau for example) and specialize in bodybuilders, they're aware of the cosmetic concerns & take everything out to ensure it'll never return

With the concave nip (they took it all out) you'll feel some dense tissue, highly unlikely too get real gyno..
in the other case, there is a chance if your already prone and sensitive to it that you will at least get some pseudo gyno, but that shouldn't be too hard to combat!
