ok to run day after legs?

i know not to do cardio on leg's days, but what about the morning after? today i worked legs from 5-540...can i run tommorow morning?

For some people yes for others no.... try it and see how your body feels... I can't see a reason why it should be a problem..
 
i dont see why not
i do martial arts and the next day after training my legs feel like crap but i still train anyway
they usually feel better after that maybe the blood flow who knows
 
It will hinder your recovery by a small margin. Unless you're looking for the perfect anabolism, it shouldn't be a problem.
 
IMO it won't hinder your recovery, if anything it will help it. If you feel up to running then run.
I sometimes do cardio on the same day, but usually the day after I train legs , cause I am rooted.
It makes me feel better to use them.
Someone has posted previously about the benefits of doing some form of cardio after leg training
