I don't think anyone could tell from that picture. There are a few things to research. What's the quality of the labelling, meaning how does the ink look and are they peeling off? Is the lot number stamped separately or is it simply a part of the main label? Can you find comparison pictures with an online search and does the online search point out any key features of a legitimate product? That's where I would start.
