Has anyone tried Optimum Nutrition's GlycoLoad ?? I need a good Post-WO drink with about 50g of fast-acting carbs, preferrably maltodextrin...if not this product, what do y'all use for post-WO carbs??
i use to use ultamate nutritions pure muscle carbs and throw in some whey protien( i used nectar) and throw in ulatamte nutritions mct oil too...it came out good and the values were:
carbs 52g sugar 11g
protien 23 g
fat 14 g sat 14g
