Thanks to the wealth of info on this site i had a very awesome experience with my first cycle.
Ran Test-E @500mg/week for 12 weeks, Aromasin @ 12.5mg eod, and HCG @500 iu's/week for the last 5 weeks. PCT was a very standard Nolva and Clomid for 4 weeks. Good times.

Now I want to ramp it up a bit for my second cycle by adding Anavar and just wanted to check with you gents if I crossed all my T's and dotted all my I's.

Test-E 500mg/week for 12 weeks
Anavar 100mg ED for weeks 5-12 (8 weeks total)
Aromasin 12.5 EOD for 3-12
HCG 500 iu's a week for 12 weeks

PCT:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20

don't forget liver support running a liver toxic oral.. NAC, liv54, choline. also your gonna get wicked painful pumps running 100 mg a day of VAR,, you need to add Taurine as well.. personally I'd drop the var down to 60mg

also, just my 2 cents, but I'd go for more mass next cycle (your fairly lean in pics).. I'd drop the var and kick start it off with D-bol if your going for an oral,, or run a test/deca (or NPP) cycle. 12 weeks of test/npp or 14 weeks test/deca.

note: if your already hooked up with var, nothing wrong with that though for a second cycle

That's a solid result there.... How AAS can pay off when done correctly... I love the fact that you have done your first cycle with solid results and still being sensible. Anavar is a solid choice for an oral. You will be impressed if you got them results from test alone. Your diet is clearly spot on. And as mentioned...... NPP. That stuff with take you to the next level. I love the stuff.
