One of the most important things many of you will learn is the importance of doing what you NEED to do, and in many cases will be poor/weakest doing instead of the things you like to do or are best at.

i agree 100% man...and who cares if you cant push great weight for that particular weakness. i would rather look like a weak tit in the gym and be getting stonger and bigger, then showing people up by pushing tons of weight for the same workouts over and over and look the exact same year after year. that right there is why most people dont grow - along with bad diets. good advice as always iron.

im not going to use any weights next week, just body weight.

Good post though. I was just thinking about this. My DL owns my squat and that just ain't right. Instead of doing deads every week I need to start doing so assistance work which will help get my squats up.
