I just can't see why someone would make their "cheat" such a shitty beer. If you had said "well, I'm worried about two dogfish head 120's", I'd say to be careful but damn that's a nice beer. But bud light? Really? It "calm my nerves and aids in my sleep"? What are you, 96lbs? I think you need to take an honest look at this and ask yourself whether the ethanol is doing that, the carbs are doing that, or whether it's psychosomatic. Ritual is a good thing. If you have a certain thing you do before bed (whether it's jerking off, reading a little in a book, having a beer, or whatever), maybe you can switch it for something that isn't, you know, shitty for you. It's junk calories, it's alcohol, which is shit for your T, and at the level you're getting, it's not helping you sleep. And even if you were getting enough alcohol to actually "help you sleep," that's horseshit. Alcohol is terrible for your sleep. And, of course, sleep is essential for recovery, building muscle, and so on.
In short: you know better. That's why you're asking.
Don't mean to rant at you, but this is kind of a peeve of mine. If you're going to cheat, fucking cheat already. Don't make excuses for it.
