One thigh smaller than the other - post surgery

DO NOT change the weight of the smaller leg. I had the same problem after 2 surgeries. The other muscle is slowly catching back up to the nice and full one. If you do anything differently to the lacking leg then you are using other muscles also and this will give it and the other muscles a different look. Do not it. Just workout and it WILL come bac in time and on its own. Best of luck.
 
I agree...After tearing both of my patellar tendons..seperate injuries...I had the same issue. Just keep doing your normal leg routines and your quads will eventually balance out. It takes a while depending on how much atrophy you had but they will definitely even out if you keep working on it.
 
Don't be surprised if the weak leg eventually grows bigger than the other one. Had it happen to me, it was like it went on turbo mode once everything was up and running again.
