One week 'super cut' - possible?

Hi Guys,

Current: 5'11 - 38 - 200 lbs - 10% bf

Question: From a diet, weightlifting, cardio, supplement, etc. perspective, what would you recommend to look your all out best within a 7 day period? I train and eat well as part of my lifestyle, but am curious to see what happens if I take a week to 'super cut' in order to look my best for a specific date. To note, I am on 160mg/week of test cyp (doc's prescription). On hand I have clen, t3, ECA, albuteral, DNP, winstrol, test prop, and a handful of other fat burners/supplements. I have considered 6 days of 400mg DNP as I want to lose another 3-5 pounds of fat for the summer as it is but fear that I will still be bloated a few days after I stop. My semi-uneducated guess here is a ton of cardio, high protein, low fat, and very very low carbs as far as diet and working out is concerned. But I really do not know if this is the best approach. Also, I realize that winstrol takes a while to really kick in but I wonder if you can get some drying out effects after a week with 100mg ED? Any thoughts and/or feedback is appreciated. Please skip the, 'you should have thought about this months ago and planned accordingly', 'You are dumb, DNP will kill you', 'You're just a NOOB asking the same question that has been asked 1000 times on here' etc. type responses :) constructive criticism is very appreciated though! Thanks!

What're you talking about bro, I've got a supercut right by my house. They give shitty haircuts, but they're real.

As for your cut, yes you can lose a lot of fat very quickly however it is far better to lost it over a period of time. Fasting, an extreme example of dieting, doesn't even begin to effect protein synthesis until the 72 hour mark. I know people who've done one week fasts and their muscles grew right back as soon as they started eating carbs again, the lack of fullness was caused by lack of glycogen not your body "eating" your muscles. As long as you're training it shouldn't be a problem and I'd rather you just fast and use clen than take DNP.

All winstrol will do is dry you out, it won't actually MAKE you leaner. Don't take it for extended periods of time either, increases connective tissue thickness while making them more brittle plus less water retention = disaster waiting to happen. Do you have any other gear on hand? Any ANDROGENS specifically? Or other lipolytic or carb sparing compounds?

But I don't know why anyone wld want to do that though...fasting is temporary...won't last long...if he wants it for the summer, it's not gonna happen cus maintaining that wld be hard...that's why bodybuilders cut slowly for weeks before a show...
I'm still a rookie at this shit but that's my opinion

Yes, fasting is temporary but you do lose a good chunk of fat on it. GH levels increase tremendously during a fast and GH is lipolytic, fat burning. I agree with you completely that it's best to cut over time. However, this guy has DNP on hand and I figure it's safer to tell him to fast than run that crap. I see it as the better of the two evils. Either way he loses fat, his leptin levels will be in the toilet and he'll have a hard time controlling his appetite, just how it works. Besides, most of the "muscle" you lose on a fast is really glycogen which is the same reason why people look smaller when they cut carbs. Everything goes back to normal as soon as you start eating carbs again. Just make sure you're lifting during that time or you WILL lose muscle.

Yea I get the carb subject...that's why most bodybuilders I know carb load after weigh in before they step on stage

I personally don't believe one week is enough time though. The velocity diet works like a PSMF (protein sparing modified fast). Essentially you drink protein shakes all day for your calorie requirements, then supplement with multivitamin, fish oil, etc. It is a full liquid diet, so you will be hungry while on it. A lot of people who do it also take the EC (ephedrine and caffeine) stack. The thought is that since you are taking in so much protein, it will help prevent catabolism. I don't know how true that is as I have never personally tried it, but I have heard of some who did try it, and did EC while doing it were capable of losing 20+ pounds in a month.

Effective or not, idk...but fuck that! Haha

I agree with clamp. Best to just do a fast and limit your sodium and water intake. The day of you want to look good don't drink anything at all except maybe some gatoraide or another source of sugar that won't blow your stomach up. The sugar should refuel your glycogen storage to make you look 'fuller' again. Just make sure you take it a few hours before so it has time to digest. I hope it's really important for you to do something his drastic though, think it over, and if it's really worth it, then good luck to you. :)

The Gatorade thing is a good idea, but you don't want to limit water intake (except for the day before the specific day you want to look good). By limiting water intake your body will increase water retention by raising anti-diuretic hormone. This means that the water you do drink will be retained. Also, reducing sodium intake would have little affect except for the days immediately after cutting off your sodium intake. When salt levels are low, your body secretes aldosterone which causes sodium retention and consequently water retention. Of course he won't be consuming much salt during a fast so this part is irrelevant anyways.

Haha! I knew something sounded funny when I wrote the term 'super cut'.....set myself up there....i hear ya on no DNP....thinking I should just not set high expectations, do a ton of cardio, eat at a deficit with high protein, and maybe throw in some clem/t3 for good luck :)

I have a ton of stuff on hand.....Tren, Mast, Deca, Prov, HGH, and a couple others I am forgetting about.

I was only looking for some advice on looking your best for a specific date within a weeks time. I am good with how I look now, but just though to myself that I should try and look better than I already think I do....so naturally (or unnaturally) was wondering what the guys here had for feedback.

I dont think a week is enough time either....I think 2 months is....but alas, I dont have 2 months......not a big deal one way or another though....I would probably be the only one who noticed the subtle change from a week of 'magic' or whatever it is that I am looking for. :)

thanks for your feedback....decided not to do anything too extreme....just upping the cardio, lowering the carbs, and living on...maybe throw in a little clem/t3 for good luck....but I am thinking that is about it....I am where I am....minus maybe 2 pounds next weekend!

thanks again for all your info Clamp! very helpful!
