opinion on best post cycle therapy (pct) after test/deca cycle (and user experience)

opinion on best PCT after test/deca cycle (and user experience)

i read too much thread abd forum about that and now i really don't know wich is the best way to have post cycle therapy (pct) after 14 weeks cycle (stop deca at 12)
- 0,25 adex during all cycle and continue on post cycle therapy (pct)
- hcg stopped on last week of cycle
post cycle therapy (pct) start after 2 weeks of last T pin.....but..with nolva?clomid?or both?
Nolva can be dangerous with deca but after 3 weeks deca will be out of system
so pls give me you opinion and experience

i would run clomid at 50 mg a day starting 2 weeks after the last test injection and i would run it 3-4 weeks.
if i was going to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during post cycle therapy (pct) i would run aromasin , not arimidex.

about Ai.. I mean if i take adex during cycle, i have to' stop it after cycle and then do post cycle therapy (pct) or continue to take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) also in the post cycle therapy (pct)? And also in the 2 weeks after last T shot.. What you should do? Only wait without taking anything and then start post cycle therapy (pct)??

For 10 days, starting the day after your last pin, blast HCG 500iu a day. Then wait four days and start your post cycle therapy (pct). And taking the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) through post cycle therapy (pct) won't hurt.
