opinions on burnout sets?

My opinion would be that if you do em very often, that's why you can't get BIG. Burnouts are only useful on very rare occasions, IMO.

Aight, I was just assuming, (ass of you & me, ya know) since you asked about our opinions that you did em. I honestly haven't done a burnout set in almost a year, and I've been growing better now than I ever did before.
 
I always superset biceps and triceps. It saves times and gives a killer pump. Since they're just isolations I'm not really worried about overtraining.

And I rarely go to failure. So I guess I don't really "burn out".
