Opinions on first, Testosterone-e cycle

should i do a cut before i continue the cycle. calorie ddeficit with cardio tu burn fat them ill clntinue the cycle, what do you think
 
Yes bro def!!! Get your body right naturally first. Then worry about compounds. It's gonna be a long haul if you cycle to get where you want to be looks wise. Get a good diet, drop some fat, which can be done in a short period if done right!! Then put some muscle on in a cycle. Best way to get the results.
 
whats up big herm. I'm 35 years old 6'3 250 lbs. with a body fat of 29% which i know is very bad. I work out 4 days a week trying to keep size and loose body fat. I have being working out for 4 months. I just took my first shot of Test. Enanthate 4 days ago, 10 week cycle and definately feel stronger in the gym. my concern is 2000 calories enough to gain a little more mass while trying to burn body fat? I eat about 150 grams of protein and 160 carbs. I eat brown rice, veggies/fruits for carbs and chicken breast, tuna and protein shakes for protein. I do 15 minutes cardio after a 45 minute weightlifting work out. will test. e make me get fat or will it enhance the fat burn faster than if i was not on it? will i gain mass on 2000 calories or will I just turn fat into muscle? please help. My workout is below.

Monday
chest/shoulders/tries

Tuesday
back/bi's

wednesday
squats/leg workouts

thursday
arms only

rest friday saturday

And 99% of AAS won't do a damn thing to speed up weight loss. The only advantage to being on AAS is that you can drive your calories lower without sacrificing muscle, but in the end it's still your diet (calorie deficit) that makes you loss weight. And come on bro, training 4months? 29% bf? you should not be on steroids at this point

Long time lurker here.. getting ready to finally pull the trigger and do my first cycle.
I've been doing research for months and I think that I'm ready, however I appreciate any opinions or criticism that
veterans can offer.

Some background info:
23 years old
Lifting seriously for 3 years, on and off for 2 or 3 before that.
Diet has been in 95% in check for over a year now.
I feel like I've gotten very close to reaching my maximum potential and would like to try a cycle.

5'9, 180lbs, around 12-13% BF. lifts are: Bench:225, Deadlift 335, Squat 295. Have basically been hovering around these weights for a few months even on a fairly high calorie high protein diet.

My workout routine: 3 day split lifting with 1 day focused entirely on cardio..
Day 1: Chest, Triceps
Day 2: Legs, Bi's, Abs
Day 3: Back, Shoulders
Day 4: Cardio (45 mins running, 15-30 mins swimming)

The cycle I want to do is a simple Test-e 12 week cycle.

Week 1-12:
250mg 2x a week Test-e
Week 3-18
0.25mg Arimidex ED
Week 14-17
40mg Nolvadex ED
Week 14-18
50mg Clomid ED

I haven't gotten any gear yet so any suggestion in changes on PCT compounds is welcome, however I'm pretty set on Test-e.

Also you say you're 180lbs 12-13%bf--> I'm curious are those lifts you posted your max lifts? I think you maybe at a higher %bf than you think...you got ~10lbs on me and my lifts are decently higher...I do lift primarily for strength but it's just something to consider--> if you truly are @that weight/ %bf than you might want to focus on strength (Jim wendler's 5/3/1 program is my favorite as it leaves room to modify the workout for different goals)..The stronger you are the better gains you will see when you eventually hop on gear and switch to a hypertrophy specific program.

I was worried about loosing muscle mass by doing too much cardio so do you think it would be smart if I worked out and upped my cardio to 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes after my workout, and once im down in body fat Ill start the cycle. can you help me out with macros for when I am on the cycle? ill keep my intake at 2000 calories for my fat loss in the mean time, and what do you think my macros should be for 6 foot 3 235 lbs person? and do you think I shoulf go under 235 on this fat loss?

look at my picture on the picture member form, u judge bro, worked out all the time, and fell into a drinking spree ( alcoholic) and got some excess bf to shed, was eating like shit before and drinking
been clean off the booze for 7 months now ( sober) kept a low carb diet, high protein, and limited my sugar and sodium intake
and added in 10-15 min cardio daily after an hour intense weight workout!
check it out just posted a updated pic tonight, i am currently on my 5th week of 400 test c a week bro
Mind u i have been on previous cycles before the drinking got bad bro, and once it got totally outta control so did my body and brain lol, back at it hard in the gym, gym is my life ( love it)

Great progress can see a transformation happening, some people need that extra kick to get back in the game glade you had success your defiantly getting there.

Since I'm already typing I might as well answer lol. Don't worry about losing muscle while cutting unless you are 10%bf or lower...that's when your body doesn't necessarily want to lose fat and would rather shed any muscle that isn't needed.

This is because fat is stored energy which your body treats as a protection from upcoming food shortages (your body doesn't know your fridge is full and you're just trying to look good for summer)...Just keep your protein high and lift weights--> your body won't shed muscle if it knows you need them to function
