Opinions on my body fat %

I think 16%.. maybe 17%. You seem to cary some water weight also (between skin and muscle).. hows your diet? it would be easier to evaluate if side pic was shirtless
 
Diet consists of 300-350g protein 400-450g carbs also I supplement creatine could that maybe be causing the water weight? Thanks
 
Bro IMO you are consuming far too much Protein. 1-1.5 is the general standard. Excess protein does not equal excess gains. Excess protein will lead to excess water weight however, this is due to amount of water needed to process and help digest all that protein which will mean that you're not drinking enough water and your body will resort to holding more fat. Drop protein to anywhere from 130- 180 grams and increase your healthy fat intake. Also I'd say your around 17% BF
