Opinions on taking creatine on cycle ?

Ummm...I'm pretty sure that your body on AAS produces enough creatine that if you take it you are either over doing it or just wasting it. Every blood works I've seen for people on AAS has shown high creatine level and they were not taking creatine. Maybe before and after but not during.

Plenty of people take creatine on and off...
Not rly a health concern unless you are takin a constant 25g a day lol
Which isn't logical...
I don't think you will see a big difference if you did or didn't use it on cycle.

No problem running it on cycle bro, I would save it for later on in the cycle or for pct though. Creatine is has been shown to reduce mysotatin levels and can actually help a cycle, which is why is I suggest using it later on..

The body produces small amounts of creatine on or off cycle. Creatinine levels are misleading bc hydration and proteolysis affect creatinine levels as well. Creatine isn't harmful even in high doses but only 3-5g a day is needed to fully saturate skeletal muscle. If you'd like to avoid creatine supplementation you could eat about 3-4lbs of steak a day to get the equivalent amount.

its a sarm bro, guys add to pct at lower dosages to preserve muscle (stop losses) and keep strength up. You can then bump it up and run a bridge after cycle if you like. Very useful tools sarms and really effective.

Tried it on cycle once. Noticed no difference. Now I save it for off cycle to give me at least a little something to look forward to.
