Recently received an order and my test propionate had crashed while in transit. I notified my supplier and was resent the entire order. That folks is customer service at it's finest, and another reason why I have chosen then as my only Lab for the past 2 years.

Never had an issue like having my gear crash.

First time having it happen on an order. Was pissed until they reshipped with no problem.
