One month
Hey, my name is Mary I am 20 years old and today I have been taking Lipodrene for one month. I am not really sure how I feel about it. When I started I weighted 135lbs at 19% Body Fat and now weigh 130lb @ 18.9% body fat. I have noticed a slight change in my body, but not an extreme one. I am a power lifter, dabble in jiu jitsu, and am a personal trainer. I got Lipodrene because I really am quite large up top and it isn't good for my sports, I also wanted to get a six pack. My friend recommended it to me because she went down 2 cup sizes when she took it. My first day taking it was Hell! I have never felt so sick in my life; the dizziness, nausea and jitters were almost more than I could take. For the first week it did not change, and whenever I took the pill I would feel that way for 5 hours. It was all that I could do to just sit on the couch wrapped in a blanket and try not to puke my guts out. I noticed no change in energy unless you want to call the jitters energy. I have not noticed a change in my appetite either, unless you want to call nausea a hunger suppressant. I am an extremely healthy eater, and have never had caffeine in my life (that may be an explanation for my severe reaction). I workout no less than an hour a day and it isn't uncommon for me to be in the gym for over 4 hours. I am pre-med and so I know a little about the body, and the effects it had on mine were not healthy at all. My blood pressure has always been a perfect 120/80 and after checking it today I am now in stage 2 of hypertension. On top of that when I take it, my heart rhythm is often irregularly irregular (heart arrhythmia). The jitters come every time I take it and stay for 2-4 hours. My goal was to take the pill for 3 months and then wean myself off, but I’m not sure I can do it much longer especially because of my blood pressure being affected.
