We are putting on a "Personal Achievment Contest" with 4 winners being selected to recieve a free gift certificate, which can be redeemed at our Uncle's shop at your leisure.

The contest is simple, short, and anyone can enter. The contest involves posting up proof of any "personal achievment" related to lifting weights, which the contestant feels is special to him.

There are no limitations as to what your personal achievment can be, as long as it is connected to lifting weights in some way, such as: having built an impressive level of size...having gotten shredded...a strength accomplishment...a brutal display of traning intensity...making great progress within a short period of time, etc, etc, etc.

Even if you don't want to enter, come by and see what the contestants are doing. It will be fun.

Guys....contest has started. All you have to do to potentially win free stuff is post a pic or video of pretty much anything you have accomplished.

No one wants free gear? Hmmm???? Its as simple as posing pic of yourself. Right now, only a couple guys have posted anything...which means there aren't even enough participantss to cover the gear being given away. So, at this point the next couple posters are gauranteed free gear if no one else posts.
