I am way out of shape. put on a lot of weight this years and have not been to the gym. Next month I am going to start again. Should I just do cardio for the first month to loss the weight or should I just go back to my normal routine that I use to do
I'd definetly do both but start very light. First few weeks maybe start with cardio every other day and a total body resistance workout twice a week. Each week you can start inching yourself back into your "old" routine or what ever program you'd like to try. Just my 0.02 cents
