Outer Pecs

Hold the weight at the bottom and push out your chest.

You'll feel a good stretch.. .after 15 seconds it will burn like a mother fucker, but you need to hold it for 1 minute. Once you are able to hold it for 60 secs, increase the weight next time you do the stretch. Once I started doing this my chest really began to fill out nicely.

man, i expected to have to read through at least a full page of "37.5* incline flies" and "double shoulder width decline bb bench press" type responses before someone posted that.

I did these before and it felt very similar to my chest tearing apart. I think it ws because I went to heavy with the DBs. I'll try it with lighter weight next week.

It's already been said, but you can't targetr your inner or outer chest. The muscle contracts as a whole. You can't contract only one part of the muscle, that's just not how muscles work.
There is an upper and a lower pec, that's it though. If you noticed your upper chest looking better, that's probably because you hit the upper pecs a little better.

yes. or because youre upper chest is just genetically better looking.

i do incline bb bench, incline smith bench, and dips for chest, but my outter/lower chest always has, and always will be bigger and beter defined than my upper chest. its just not there.
