Does anyone have any good training regimines to really attack the outside head of the bicep? I would really like for my arms to look a little fuller, and i feel that the outside of my bi is what's holding me back...

Well unfortunatly..bicep fullness comes from attacking both the inner and outer heads.But the biceps are a small muscle, so it doesn't take much to stimulate them. But if the outer head is your target, then go with bicep curls with an inside/closer grip. Either with the straight or E-Z bar. (E-Z bar for less strain on the wrists.) And you can also throw hammer curls with dumbells in there...but when you come up, have your thumb line up with your opposite ear. (e.g. If your curling with your right hand, your thumb should line up closer to your left ear)
