over 50 thinking of starting a cycle

hi everybody i just joined this site,and i been reading most of the post that kind of have something in common with me,and the knowledge is great and i cant stop reading ,,
im a 57 y.o. male ,been working out for 3 or 4 years now ,used to play bb,golf ,surf ,so now i just stick to the gym ,i workout 4 days a week ,i have tried some oral "anabolics" but the mere thought of liver damage scares me ,which brings me to my question:some guy at the gym recomended a Deca/test cycle ,so is this a good stack to start with or is there something else better ,maybe less harmfull (moderate dosages) thanks ahead ,
 
Most would say do a Test only first cycle. Read my journal(post) in this forum. It is a very basic first cycle aand may suit your needs.
 
I second the motion for test only. If you are 57, i would get bloodwork done first because you may qualify for h.r.t . That is always a good basis to have incase you are busted with a vial or two!
