overtraining ?s

first off how can i really tell if im overtraining? If i feel good enuff to lift (almost always) why not???

im not very big as u can tell thanks to my metabolism, but i think i may recover faster as well. and isnt the worst thing to do to a sore muscle babying it?? if im hella sore one day and do several lite reps i feel 100% the next day or two.

and wtf else can i do when im resting?
cardio is out of the question im already skinny enuff. its just the more i train the more i want to train and the same goes for rest unforunately. so trying to moving but in the rite direction.
Any help/advice/sugg will be appreciated
 
If u feel like training, and feel good and rested then yeah train.
 
If you feel like training, and your numbers keep going up, you are probably doing just fine.
 
Just make sure you are following a scheduled workout plan...the quickest way to over train is to lift to often...rest on the days you are scheduled to rest...just because you feel like training on rest days doesn't mean u should....rest is as important as anything else in your quest to get big....
