overtraining...?

i know that overtraining when on cycle is somthing that i dont think about at all. but what about over training on igf-1? continue working out like on cycle?
 
very true... but when you're on you have a lot more intensity to your workouts i find... but whether r on or off you an still over train yourself
 
ya i defenatly agree with yall... but it does take a little more to overtrain while im on cycle than when i am not. i think thats a pretty safe assumption, well for my body anyway.
 
I always train 6days/week, even when natural. Most will disagree saying it is too much but it always worked for me. I always train 50min/day. When ON, i train HEAVIER in those 50 min.
 
i train 6 day a week also... every every month-2 months i'll take a 1 week break just to rest and recover fully.. then do it all again... i usually workout 1-3hours depending on what i'm training and how i'm training it
