Overweight about to start first cycle, questions advice

Hi everyone I am new here, I first want to thank anyone who reads this and gives me any advice...

So my stats are:
Male
32 years old
Height: 5"6
Weight: 160lbs, (was 180lbs 30 days ago)

So from what the docs say and all the online tools say I should be 115lbs - 130lbs...
I have very little muscle I'd say, and very much belly fat not really fat anywhere else...

Ideally I would like to be under 150lbs after getting lean and ripped...

I recently ordered the following and should get it in the mail in the next day or two,

Beginners>Solid Gains Quickly- 20 to 25lbs.
Beginner Cycle with Dura-50, Primo, and Thai 25- Solid Mass Gains 20 -25 pounds
1 Free Strol-V With Purchase 210 tabs from bulking-cutting.com

As I said I have never taken anything like this before, Currently to loose weight I just have been jogging about 5-6 miles a day, and doing a few arm reps along with total gym.

Should I wait and not start taking the tabs above until I get down to 125lbs - 130lbs? then start the cycle/tabs?

As it says I need to intake 250grams of protein a day and 3750 calories a day when I start taking them..

Or should I start taking them right away and still do the running and start the 90mins a day of intense reps and workout??

I just don't want to start taking them and having that big intake daily and gain that 20 pounds right back and gain fat and not see any change due to the fat...

here is what it says on how to take them. bulking-cutting.com/Cycles.html

any advice would be super helpful, as I have read online that some people say its ok to start taking them cause the 90 mins of hard lifting with force the body to take from the fat content.... while others say it can make you gain fat... so anyhow can let me know would be helpful..

Plus I am not sure if what I ordered is junk or not....

Focus on learning how to eat and train. Spend money on quality food and a gym membership where you love the atmosphere. Don't cycle yet as it's not the right time IMO. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Yeah for the last 60 days I have went from eating junk to only eating all natural foods, have not had a soda in 2 months when I use to drink 4-5 a day.... I have a full setup gym in my house, have 8 pcs of gym eqt that came from a golds gym, all nautilus brand...

I won't go to the gym as I rather do it alone at my house, I can stay more focused at home...

If I am not mistaken, I believe you attempted to purchase steroids online and you will be getting sent pills with AAS like names that are loaded with arginine/agmatine lol.

You don't need steroids. You need a good diet and learn how to train properly. If you want to go the easy way on diet and have someone do it for you I recommend you go through 3J (member here) or get researching in the Diet forum ;)

Well done on what you have achieved so far !

Turn that 60 days of not eating junk into about 4-5 years and your good to go along with the training. Cut soda all together and in the meantime research, train, eat, and use some supplements. Hold off on the steroids till you hit your genetic max. Everyone here who knows their shit will tell you the same thing. Stick around and read. Good luck to you

Sounds good, I only ordered those tabs as a friend of mine used them and seam to get him ripped although he was never overweight.

So I guess I will return the tabs if they will take them back...

Only thing is I do not have 4-5 years, I have about 12 months before I start boxing amateur level that is, and I did not want to get loaded with steroids of course. I just wanted something to help me gain muscle, as even a few years ago when I was 125lbs, and worked out daily, I could never gain muscle even while taking shakes and stuff...

The fat that I do have is 90% due to drinking a 12 pack of beer daily for about a year, I no longer drink, maybe 4-5 beers a month nowadays.

Think of it as an expensive lesson... You won't get your money back, I highly, highly doubt it.

You can make good changes to your physique in a year, especially in your first year.

If your goal is to be ready for boxing in 12 months time, you don't need AAS and had you chosen the wrong AAS you would likely have been detected if they do test (I'm talking about nandrolone/boldenone specifically). Diet and training is all you need. Oh, and piss off the beers...Completely.

If you can't gain, the answer is simple, you're not eating enough.

I'm 5'6" and I haven't weighed 125 pounds since I was 11. You're reading the medical ideal weight for your height which is ridiculous. Actually 160 is a good weight you just need to redistribute it. More muscle less fat. Believe me you don't want to be 125 pounds.

According to the medical ideal weight, I am overweight. Don't follow that shit lol, it doesn't take into account lean mass, fat mass etc.

You'll know when your in the, "ideal" weight range by the mirror.
