Hi there. New to the forum.
Right, basically Ive been going to the gym for roughly round 9 months now.
I mostly do weight training with very little cardio.
At the start I weighed roughly 22stone (307pound). Now, 9 months later I have gotten my weight down to 19 stone (265 pound). Roughly I've lost 40 pounds in 9 months. Which, for someone who doesn't really watch what they eat and doesn't do too much cardio, I feel that's quite good.
Now, for the past 9months I've been able to loose Fat as well as build a bit of musscle.
I go to the gym 5 times a week for roughly an hour at a time. Depending on what I'm training.
Though the last few months I have been reading up on certain steroids fat burning capabilities.
I am reltively new to the whole world of gear. I have friends that take steroids. Though the majority just take whatever is going, whenever they feel like it.
I am the complete opposite. I would like to know everything about the gear before I go anywhere near it. And, my friends don't really know what they're talking about, despite what they think. So going to them for advice is out of the option. Hence why I'm here.
I would like to try test, as I've read in numerous sites that it's probably one of the best for first timers.
Now, there's a few things I would like to know.
1. I'm 6.2ft tall and weight 265 pounds. So, i'm overweight. Though because I'm quite tall I don't look too badly overweight. Is it safe for me to use test? I've read it increases blood pressure and fattys (like myself) are already at risk of having high blood pressure. My blood pressure is fine at the moment. So, if I were to keep an eye on the blood pressure, would it be ok to use test?
2. Gyno (bitch tits). Now, I've read a bit about post cycle therapy (pct). What should I use to keep the estrogen Down? When should I use it and how much?
3. Test. There is a couple of different types of test. Which would I be best suited to for to help with the fat loss?
4. The cycle. What dosage should I take of the test? How many days a week? Etc etc.
5. Is test ok to use on it's own? I don't need to stack it with anything? Apart from a post cycle therapy (pct).

I've just been wanting something to give me that little boost with my fat loss.
And I don't really want to loose all the muscle I've spent 9 months building up.
I intend to watch my diet if I go on test. No more fatty foods. As the risk of high blood pressure is already great.
Sorry for rambling on a bit. I've been wanting to ask these questions for a while. But no one could give me a straight answer or they had not a notion what they were talking about.
