Overweight, Can I use test safely?

Hi there. New to the forum.
Right, basically Ive been going to the gym for roughly round 9 months now.

I mostly do weight training with very little cardio.

At the start I weighed roughly 22stone (307pound). Now, 9 months later I have gotten my weight down to 19 stone (265 pound). Roughly I've lost 40 pounds in 9 months. Which, for someone who doesn't really watch what they eat and doesn't do too much cardio, I feel that's quite good.

Now, for the past 9months I've been able to loose Fat as well as build a bit of musscle.
I go to the gym 5 times a week for roughly an hour at a time. Depending on what I'm training.

Though the last few months I have been reading up on certain steroids fat burning capabilities.

I am reltively new to the whole world of gear. I have friends that take steroids. Though the majority just take whatever is going, whenever they feel like it.
I am the complete opposite. I would like to know everything about the gear before I go anywhere near it. And, my friends don't really know what they're talking about, despite what they think. So going to them for advice is out of the option. Hence why I'm here.

I would like to try test, as I've read in numerous sites that it's probably one of the best for first timers.

Now, there's a few things I would like to know.

1. I'm 6.2ft tall and weight 265 pounds. So, i'm overweight. Though because I'm quite tall I don't look too badly overweight. Is it safe for me to use test? I've read it increases blood pressure and fattys (like myself) are already at risk of having high blood pressure. My blood pressure is fine at the moment. So, if I were to keep an eye on the blood pressure, would it be ok to use test?

2. Gyno (bitch tits). Now, I've read a bit about post cycle therapy (pct). What should I use to keep the estrogen Down? When should I use it and how much?

3. Test. There is a couple of different types of test. Which would I be best suited to for to help with the fat loss?

4. The cycle. What dosage should I take of the test? How many days a week? Etc etc.

5. Is test ok to use on it's own? I don't need to stack it with anything? Apart from a post cycle therapy (pct).

I've just been wanting something to give me that little boost with my fat loss.
And I don't really want to loose all the muscle I've spent 9 months building up.
I intend to watch my diet if I go on test. No more fatty foods. As the risk of high blood pressure is already great.




Sorry for rambling on a bit. I've been wanting to ask these questions for a while. But no one could give me a straight answer or they had not a notion what they were talking about.

Get ur diet in check 1st. Go to the diet section and talk to jamyjamjr. See what u can do with proper diet, training & exercise before doing any gear.
 
well i got two things. welcome to ology and you definately came to the right place for advice. chances are your buddys dont know a 1/10th of the information that is on here.

secondly,if you are looking to add a boost to your fat burning,test is not what you need. you said yourself that you do NO cardio and dont watch what you eat. that is not how to loose fat bud. sorry to break it to you

How old are you and do you have high blood pressure already ???
High body fat can lead to increase in the risk of bitch tit s yes...
Test can cause you to hold water..ie..increased risk of blood pressure..this can be combatted with an the use of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) s..
At your size I d say cardio would a must...both as a mean s to cut up and for over all cardio pulminary health..
...yes test can get you the boost...but at what risk..your chance s of negative side s is enhanced by your present condition...IMO.
 
If you are overweight and want to use test, and lose weight, you need to do a few things.

1) Don't exceed 300mg test per week
2) Take arimidex or another Aromatase inhibitor (AI) the whole cycle
3) Take a fat burner the whole cycle. ALPHA-T2 by Performance Enhancing Supplements is your best bet. It will increase your metabolism as well as burn fat.
 
Is there anything preventing you from doing more cardio? Injuries, disabilities, etc? If not, make a commitment to do a lot more each week. Diet is just a matter of planning and execution.

I don't have any cycle advice. I found this site as the result of doing test as part of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). What I can tell you is most guys who are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) are overweight. Just happens to be one of things that happens to us old guys who have test level issues. Lack of energy, poor performance in the gym and in other physical areas just tends to lead to increased weight. Part of the solution for guys like me is to start doing test, and I think the thing to keep in mind is the dose for guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is quite a bit less than guys running test as part of a cycle. So, can you do test while being overweight? I'd say the evidence point to "yes". But as a tubby guy, the higher your dose for a cycle the greater the risks of health issues.

I was over 20 pounds overweight and lost it all in one cycle while increasing my arms by two inches. I used testosterone and trenbolone that I purchased online. Do your research and good luck!
 
Hello, my name is Alex im new to this fourm I was wondering if anyone can give me advice as far as, is there a recommended body fat or shape I should be in to get better results because I have a little bit more than the average person body fat and wanted to make sure if I do a cycle would I get muscular and cut or would it just build muscle on top of fat to where it would not look appealing to me or I would not get the results I want. Thank you

Welcome and I don't think I can add advise you have not just be given in the comments above me.Just from reading your post I can say you need to do alot more research any way before starting even Test when you are asking the question you just asked.I know these probably weren't the answer you wanted but their very honest and to the point.Take your time and do alot more cardio and get your diet in check first!! Adding even Test to your already strained heart can only make a bad situation worse brother!! It's better to be slightly overweight and ALIVE than risk it completely!!
