We now have the new formula pGHt and this version is transdermal.

Is this the only difference between pgh and pght?

Sorry for the slow response we haven't got the instructions up yet but will shortly. In the meantime usage is simple, just apply four pumps per day at one time. Use the poly brush, roll-on applicator or your hands to apply it. To see where you need to apply it go to our site and go to the FINAderm section, the shaded areas on the diagram located on the FINAderm page are where you want to apply it. It's best applied after a shower especially to shaved or exfoliated areas. The formula is best used at night before bed, it's that simple. Please let us know your feedback on the product especially if you have used the original formula (non transdermal) and thanks for shopping with us.

I just got my pgh-t and there was no applicator. Do I need to shake up the bottle before application?

Is it 4 full pumps? that is a lot of liquid...it would be all over me.

Definitely shake the bottle vigorously and use your hands to apply, the applicators have been found to waste product. Apply one pump at a time and by the way sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for your business.
