Trust me you will know if you have gyno I'm touching what little I have left right now as I type so I can help you...It is a nice firm to the pinch lump that builds up behind the nipple but on top of pec muscle tissue.
 
If you run the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) properly, you should get any lumps. But if you do, use letro of nolva until it goes away....maybe up the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose as well.

I don't feel any lump, but one of my nipples is inflated like if there was water inside. I'm running adex and nova and purchased letro but it won't get here in a week. Will it still be useful then? (as i said atm i don't have any pain or discomfort and no lumps, just puffiness on one side). What bothers me is that a few hours ago my nipple was perfect like the other and now is inflated again
 
my nipples are puffy all the time, on cycle or not. dont worry about it, take a low dose Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and youll be fine.

stop touching them all the time too itll make you more paranoid.

The weird thing is that only one of mine is puffy, and I have barely any sides from the test (just a bit of acne on back, but you could count the zits) and sweat, nothing else. Anywy I ordered letro and will be here next friday, my question is, will it be too late? I'll be taking 20mg of nolva everyday and 0,5mg of adex eod till the letro arrives.

Something I noticed is that when its cold like in work with conditioner air my "puffy" nipple comes back to normal

Im running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but it doesnt seems to help and i readed that nolva can help, all want to do all I can until the letro arrives

You are over-analyzing everything man. You need to do way more research before thinking about a cycle after this. First of all, Nolvadex reduces the effects of Type II AI'S (arimidex,letro) when paired together, which is why i prefer Aromasin...I can run it through my cycle and post cycle therapy (pct) with nolvadex without any hassels. Drop the Nolvadex until post cycle therapy (pct)...If i were you I wouldnt even worry about Letro since your already running arimidex... due to the fact that you do NOT have gyno...
 
Once again, the Nolvadex reduces the effects of arimidex......

Also once again, fluctuating estrogen levels CAN cause your nipples to "puff". This is NOT gyno. Next time, run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) throughout your entire cycle and ditch the Nolvadex shit during cycle...
 
Thanks for your help Rosco FleX, I'll try to do what you say and see what happens. My puffy nipple hurts a bit now but I've been pinching and pressing it for 2 days so its probably caused by that. I'll keep using adex and if it gets worse then I'll use the letro

Now you're using your head. Keep Letro on hand for worse case scenarios, as it is a very potent AI(Although many ppl successfully run Letro throughout their cycle at low doses, but you have to critique the doses to your personal needs). Low estrogen levels will destroy your sex drive, make you impulsive, irritable & depressed and even cause joint pain(among a few other side effects).
 
I often wonder what some people think when they decide to start playing with their natural hormone levels, it's kind of like many revert back to adolescence when they got their first boner... Most never leave that alone either
 
4 days using adex and my nipple is still puffy and pointy as fuck, i still can't feel any hard lump, looks like all is water/fat. i think my adex might be fake

How long do you have left in your cycle? my suggestion would be just to ride it out and it should shrink with the post cycle therapy (pct), it's not going to hurt you....other than having sensitive nipples

Slightly enlarged sensitive nipples are just a side effect of all the hormones in your body, some teenagers get that naturally, granted it's not desirable, but you can always get those removed with a simple surgery if it bothers you too much, I've known several BBs whom have had it, personally nipples got a little sensitive with the first cycle, but since then haven't had much of an issue with the subsequent cycles
