I've come across a few different opinions regarding proper time to start pct. This appears to be a good tool unless someone doesn't think so. On a 500mg/week test e only cycle for 12 weeks, it calculates the appropriate time to start pct as the 22nd day after last injection.

Just thought I'd pass this along.

thats better then the retarded "start 2 weeks after last pin". i tend to wait a little bit longer then 22 days. i would definitely never start pct 2 weeks after last pin its no where near enough time to wait for the accumulated half lifes of enanthate to clear.

The way you enter the data can be a bit confusing. I'll explain each field that needs to be populated in order to get an accurate wait time for PCT:

Drug: there's a drop down list...if you're using a mix, and the compound isn't listed, use the longest ester in your compound
Cycle length: in DAYS (so 12 weeks = 84 days, etc)
Start Day: 1 (this should be the default so just leave it as is)
Amount in (initial) dose: again, if a mix is being used (and the compound isn't included on the drop down list), I'd use the dose of the LONGEST ester
Dose Frequency: you can enter this directly or choose from the drop down list. For instance, since I'd be doing two weekly injections of test e @250mg per dose (500/week), I chose "3rd and 4th day". It works out to be 2 injections per week. Think of dose frequency as the first one on day one, then the next would be three days later, and the next would be four days after the most recent injection.

Then, click "Calculate PCT" : the page that pops up next will show you how your levels change throughout the cycle, and when to start PCT. It suggests starting PCT when esterfied levels hit ~100mg, which is where your endogenous test production would resume. There's a section on sources and a table of data which supports this idea (natty test resuming at around 100mg of esterfied levels).

Agreed, PCT methods are outdated and one of the methods that needs to be revised. The whole 14 day thing is bullshit.

PCT drugs also, why are people still using Clomid/Nolva when we have Toremifene which is practically the ideal PCT drug!

You got it my man. I have been toying around with it a lot (different doses, timing, etc) and I really like how it shows your compound levels throughout and after cycle.

One thing I noticed though...if you put in "3.5" in the frequency of injection box, it doesn't seem to work properly. The pin icon shows each injection, and it doesn't tie to every 3.5 days, or twice a week. Not sure if it's bc of the fraction of a number (0.5) or what. But, you can still get to the answer you want by using every 2nd and 4th day. All that aside, I found it to be a pretty helpful tool.
 
Yup, it does. My attention to detail (borderline OCD at times, lol) kept me plugging away at this for a bit. But you're right, you still get the answer you're looking for.
