Pct - nolva/clomid or nolva/aromasin. Cycle dosing. Workout

So Ive been seeing alot of mixed opinions and information on this subject. Ive read that alot of people use and recommend using a SERM and an AI for PCT, while others use and recommend using Nolva/ Clomid.

A little bit about myself:

28years old
210lbs
22% body fat (im def not fat, but def not lean)
Been weight training about 5 years (not 100% consistant)
Ran a few Prohormone Cycles in the past

Been doing a shit ton of research, and this is basically the plan ive come up with
Going to run:
4 weeks DBOL (50mg/day)
10 weeks Test E (250mg/ 2 x week)
Aromasin on cycle (5mg/day?)
HCG last 2 weeks of cycle and for another 2 weeks between cycle and PCT
Nolva/Clomid or Nolva/Aromasin PCT
Creatine HCL 10g/day? throughout
Of course liv.52, NAC, joint support, vitamins, high protein, clean high protein diet, 6 meals a day
Work out 5 days a week


Ive read many places that it actually would be ideal to run a SERM and an AI for PCT. heres some links

Now Ive had a lot of people on the forums tell me not to use Aromasin with NOLVA PCT, and to stick with NOLVA and CLOMID. But then Ive had people tell me that Aromasin is much better to use with NOLVA rather than using 2 SERMS.

I doubt Ill need all 3, which alot of people use, as this is my 1st cycle and Im only taking DBOL and TEST E.
I dont think Im gyno prone or anything like that, the only sides I got from prohormones what some nip sensitivity, got a bit emotional, and the only major side was the crash and my libido hit the floor for a few weeks. But I think Ill be fine on this cycle, taking all the percautions, and even have Cialis and Viagra if needed.

My other issue is regarding the dosing of Aromasin during cycle. I am planning on starting with 5mg ED, adjusting as neccesary. But Ive read people recommend using 5mg ED, others say 12.5 mg ED, others say 25 mg ED. Any opinions on that?

DELTOIDS/TRAPS

WEDNESDAY
ABS/OBLIQUES

THURSDAY
BICEPS/LATS

FRIDAY
CHEST/TRICEPS


Any better ideas for my workout plan while on cycle, please let me know.


I would seriously appreciate all your opinions and feedback with all of this. I realize I have alot of questions and am asking for alot of feedback here, but i would seriously appreciate some info from all you more experienced lifters.

I'm no pro at this but I think 22% body fat is too much for AAS. I would also throw some cardio in your routine. I think legs need their own day, but you do have to do what works for you.
 
Thats something i did not consider. thanks for the input. ill make sure to cut and lower my body fat % before runiing this cycle. i dont have a very recent photo, but heres one from about 6 months ago, ill post in a minute. i am a bit larger, not fatter, now. im still pretty solid, though def not too defined. And as far as the body fat percentage, im not sure how accurate it is exactly. i calculated it online, which there is a millino different ways/ formulas out there, not sure what is better or more accurate. ia m going in for a blood test for my test levels and all next week, so i will see if i can get a more accurate bf% at the docs.

as far as the hcg and ai protocol, i did research, and im basically taking the one i have from a few other people recommendations. TRAPS09, could you give me some tips on what you think i should be doing with that? and also for th hcg, that is also what i have researched and what other poeple have recommended how i should do it. would you mind giving me any tips on how you think i should run that s well?

a bit extra info on me,
ive gained 60lbs within the past 2 years, not straight muscle, but i was a pretty small guy. just doin alot better now, better diet, lifting much more often. so i realize i got a ways to go.

and i will incorporate some cardio everday into my routines. any more advice? i appreciate the feedback.

Yeah, definitely do NOT start a cycle with bf anywhere near your current level. The higher bf, the more likely you are to develop gyno. Plus, from what I've read, you'll gain a little bf with muscle while on cycle....again, making it very important to have a lower bf. I'd shoot for below 15% at least. If you really dial in your nutrition and cardio, you could potentially lose 7% points off your bf in 10-14 weeks, and that's if you are borderline religious with everything. Some of my clients (I'm a PT) have lost 3% in a month, but they were verrrrry obese to begin with.

Also, during PCT, you don't want to be taking anything suppressive. I know most of the vets on this forum wouldn't recommend an ai during pct. Aromasin is a weaker ai when compared to adex or letro. I don't remember ever seeing a doseage recommendation below 12.5ed......Regarding HCG, there are a few good threads on this forum homie. Search a little. Type "HCG" in the search field. Basically, the two options I see most are on cycle at 500iu/week (duration of the cycle), or a blast leading up to, but stopping 4 days prior to PCT.

As it stands, you have time to research bro (approx 12 weeks minimum IMO with a current bf of 22%), so take advantage of this time. Again, do not start running anything until below 15% unless you want man boobs.
 
Get that bf below 15% as mentioned. Run the test for 12 weeks. It doesn't kick in til week4 or so. HCG at 250iu's e3d starting week 3 and lasting til 4 days prior to PCT as mentioned. PCT: 14 days after last pin. Nova 40/40/20/20 Clomid 50/50/25/25
That's my take anyway.
