Finished my first cycle of straight test-e 4 weeks ago today and I'm suffering from what I call (PCD) Post Cycle DeFLATION. This sucks. Down 11lbs from the 25lbs I gained. Strength is still there though...so I'm thankful of that. I knew I'd lose some of my gains, but visually I look like I lost half already. Plus the acne on my back and shoulders from the nolva BLOWS!

My question is related to my next cycle in a couple months. If I'm not the ultra aggressive type when it comes to gear, should I just up the test on my second cycle and just stay straight test, or would it be resonable to stack it with something else?

Im 37, Currently 181, 5'10" with 12-13% BF.

First cycle was 300mgs 2x/week. I was only on for 9 weeks because I stopped gaining any weight after week 7. I responded to it heavily by the end of week 2... its was nuts. So by week 9 I was advised to just call it quits and wait for my second cycle.

So what suggestions can the Ology brain trust give me for my next cycle? Again, i'm not sure if I'm ready to get too wild.
 
Sounds like you weren't feeding those new muscles. When you do your post cycle therapy (pct) you need to eat more than when you were on cycle.

I would'a been even more bloated then.

Man, this is a tuff psychlogical game I guess. Be a fat shit for half the year so that you can look good for the other half. Maybe this ain't for me. I'm pissed as it is being 12-13% BF, its tuff to feel even more bloated....which I would'a been if I increased my cals.
