Pct

Can somebody give me some info on how to run an effective post cycle therapy (pct) as well as safe amounts of my chosen cycle? I'm still doing research and am planning on stacking Deca Duroblin with Dianabol.

150? Looks like you need to eat more before you start a cycle! Also you need to add some sort of Test as your base because DECA and DBOL is going to make your sex drive NON EXISTANT!! Do more Research!
 
I would really get your diet and training in check before you think about using steroids. I didn't do my first cycle until I was a lean 221-225 at a little over 6'3''

The most anabolic thing you can put into your body is food and honestly if you don't know how to eat (which I'm going to assume being 150lbs), you're not going to be able to grow on any amount of gear.
 
My eating

Well i've done a lot of research on dieting, and havent had much luck with the protein shakes and diets alone. Dont be fooled by my low weight, it's not a result of a lack of food or eating poorly I guarantee that is not the reason. I felt that a combination of diet and steroids would help my body to absorb and use more of the protein and nutrients that my body seems to just be wasting. Maybe an exampl of a good diet for someone in my position?

Care to elaborate on what 'off and on' means? It seems as if your training may be lacking.

Do a search on 'Hardgainer' by Stuart McRobert. If you truly dedicate yourself to some of the workout routines in these periodicals, I guarantee you'll pack on weight (assuming you're consuming ample calories and protein).
 
Yeah, I would appreciate the help with that. In the morning I have 3 cups of oatmeal and 2 eggs for 5 days of the week. 1-2 times a week I have bacon with it. The other 2 days I have cold cereal due to a tight time schedule. For lunch I have 2-3 sandwiches, with atleast one of them tuna. The others are either turkey or peanut butter if I am in a hurry. Also an apple or orange and atleast one chicken breast. Dinner I usually just have pasta with some vegetables. I try to keep dinner light. Before and after my workout I drink 75g of Muscle Milk and throughout the day I snack on carrots at celery. What changes do you think I could make to make my diet more effective for mass building?
 
As far as 'off and on', I started weightlifting in highschool 5 years ago and learned some basics, but have not been in the gym on a regular basis due to a constantly changing lifestyle. I would be in regularly for 4-6 months and then would be out for 3 months. For the past six months, however, I have maintained a consistent work out routine and dont have anything that will distract me anymore
 
Just looking for some advice on my post cycle therapy (pct)

I finished a cycle and i wrecked my sex drive...THe first month i was a porn star but the last month and a half my sex drive declined to being practically non existant....i'm F'n stressed out about it

anyway my post cycle therapy (pct) (which i'm on the 11th day of) consists of:
- HCG ~1800-2000ui every 5 days
- clomid (150mg every other day for the first week, then 100mg for 2nd week which i'm now in)
- novadex - its a test booster that works similar to nolvadex
- tribulus (i'm eating them like tic tacs! ~1900mg a day)
- 'anabolic xtreme - retain'

like i said, i'm 2 weeks into post cycle therapy (pct) and i REAL worried about my sex drive, any of you guys have this prob (from what i've been reading its a common effect after a cycle)

any suggestions? increase clomid dose and possibly add nolvadex are two thing i was considering...

any advice would be greatly appreciated
