what is good for a post cycle?

Clomid and novladex...... Clocmid at 100mg a day for a week then 50mg a day for a week then 50mg EOD for week... novla at 20mg a day for week throughout the PCT... thats the way I would run it..

so lets say you did a sus cycle. for 12 wks of just sus only , nothing else,.
then after 12 weeks.

you would run clomid and nolva at the amount and time you siad
is that right?

About 3 weeks after your last injection you would run the clomid and novla for 3 weeks...

here is what i would do , 3 weeks after your last injection run 300 mg clomid day 1 then 100 mg clomid for 10 days then 50 mg clomid for 10 days , you could substitute all or part of the clomid with nolvadex but remember 20 mg nolva = 50 mg of clomid allow for the strength difference , good luck
